Government Russian Federation and the government of the Republic of Khakassia, work is underway aimed at providing social assistance citizens in need, and social support families with children, which contributes to the improvement of the social situation and prevents the decline in the standard of living of citizens.
In the system of social protection of the Republic of Khakassia there are 13 territorial departments social support of the population, 9 stationary public institutions social services population and 7 autonomous non-profit organizations social service.
About 200,000 people receive various types of social assistance annually. The republican budget expenditures for financing the social sphere in 2018 amounted to more than 3.5 billion rubles, 3.5 billion rubles are also provided for 2019.

On the same date, 8 citizens who were released from places of deprivation of liberty lived in the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Kharkiv "Social Hotel".
The Government of the Russian Federation is also taking measures aimed at supporting families with children and helping to improve the demographic situation in the country. 3.4. Financing of expenses for the maintenance of the Ministry is carried out at the expense of funds provided for in the republican budget of the Republic of Khakassia.
