1.1. The position of the head of the department of archival affairs of the administration of the municipal district "Meshchovsky District" is the position of the municipal service.

1.2. The position of the head of the archiving department belongs to the leading group of positions (clause 1.3., subsection leading group of positions, section of the position of the category "specialists" of the Register of municipal positions, municipal positions of the municipal service in the Kaluga Region (Law of the Kaluga Region of April 26, 2012 No. 272- OZ).

1.4. 1.6. The main tasks, the implementation of which is focused on the performance of the official duties of the head of the archiving department: ensuring the safety and accounting of archival documents subject to permanent storage; providing, in the prescribed manner, credentials to the Department of Archives of the Kaluga Region; taking measures to create optimal conditions for storing documents and ensuring their physical safety; preparation, submission to the Administration and implementation of proposals for ensuring the safety of documents stored in the Department; organizational-

1.7. The head of the archive department is appointed to the position and dismissed by the Head of the Administration of the municipal district "Meshchovsky District" in agreement with the Department of Archives of the Kaluga Region.

1.8. The head of the department of archives is directly subordinate to the manager of the administration of the municipal district "Meshchovsky district".

  1. Qualifications

2.1. Basic qualification requirements:

2.1.1. A municipal employee who replaces the position of the head of the archiving department must have a higher professional education - a bachelor's degree.

2.1.2. To fill the position of the head of the archiving department, a requirement is established for at least two years of experience in municipal service or at least four years of work experience in the specialty, area of ​​training.

2.2. A municipal employee who replaces the position of the head of the archiving department must comply with the following functional qualification requirements.

2.2.1. The head of the archiving department must have:

The head of the archiving department must have the following knowledge in the field of the legislation of the Russian Federation, knowledge of municipal legal acts and other knowledge that is necessary for the performance of official duties in the relevant field of activity and type of activity:

  1. Job Responsibilities

Based on the tasks and functions defined by the Regulations on the Department of Archival Affairs of the Administration of the Municipal District "Meshchovsky District", the following duties are assigned to the head of the department:

  1. Rights

Along with the basic rights, which are defined by Article 11 of the Federal Law of March 2, 2007 No. 25-FZ “On Municipal Service in the Russian Federation”, the head of the archiving department has the right to:

4.1. Carries out thematic development of documents of archive funds. Organizes and prepares reference and information publications on the composition and content of archive documents. Promotes the introduction of automated archival technologies into the work of the archive. Carries out analysis, accounting of the state and efficiency of the use of reference and search tools of the archive. Provides access for consumers of documentary information to reference and search tools of the archive. Ensures the use of archive documents, including executing requests received by the archive different nature. Organize exhibitions of documents.
