In 1992, he suggested that artel workers form an independent enterprise on the basis of the already dilapidated mine "Middle Borzya", in the village of Yavlenka, Nechinsko-Zavodsky district. In parallel, the process of technical re-equipment of the enterprise was going on. For the needs of the artel, bulldozers, tractors, loaders, earth-moving equipment were purchased. In other words, the management did everything to systematically increase the volume of gold production, while reducing the labor costs of miners, involving off-balance reserves in mining and introducing new technologies in the enrichment of sands and processing of concentrates.
Of course, the current stability and competitiveness of the PC "Dauria" did not come immediately. While the notorious perestroika sent similar enterprises into oblivion one after another, the brainchild of Vladimir Koreshkov tried not only to survive, but also to emerge victorious from the economic bad weather.
