II. Job Responsibilities

Chief designer:

Supervises the creation of new and upgraded designs of products (complexes, machines, devices, devices, mechanisms) of existing production, ensuring their high technical level, competitiveness and patentability, compliance with modern achievements of science and technology, the requirements of technical aesthetics and the most economical production technology.

  3. Organizes the development of projects for new experimental and industrial plants, non-standard equipment and fixtures in connection with the reconstruction of facilities, automation of production and mechanization of labor-intensive processes.
  4. Carries out work to improve the level of qualification, standardization and certification of developed product designs.
  5. Ensures compliance of new and modernized structures with technical specifications, standards, requirements of rational organization and labor protection, safety standards.
  6. Supervises the preparation of feasibility studies on the effectiveness of new design developments, their advantages over those previously produced.
  7. Organizes the development of long-term and current plans for the introduction and development of new technology, design preparation for production, research and development work, monitors their implementation.
  8. Ensures the introduction of computer-aided design systems, timely preparation, approval and approval of drawings and other technical documentation developed by design departments.

  12. Supervises research and experimental work carried out in the pilot production units.
  13. It organizes the production of experienced sellers, their experimental verification, testing of pilot batches and the release of the first industrial series, achieving continuous improvement in the quality and reliability of products, their level of manufacturability, environmental friendliness, reducing their cost, labor intensity and material consumption.
  14. Participates in the installation, testing, commissioning and commissioning of new product designs and their operation.
  15. Submits for approval the changes made to the technical documentation for the design preparation of production.
  16. Takes part in the work on certification of products by quality categories, development of proposals for reconstruction, technical re-equipment, intensification of production, increase in its efficiency, provides design development of rationalization proposals and inventions accepted for implementation.
  17. Considers and gives feedback and conclusions on the most complex rationalization proposals, as well as on draft standards and other design documentation received by the enterprise from third-party organizations.
  18. Organizes work to improve the skills of employees involved in the design preparation of production.
  19. Supervises the employees of the department, directs and coordinates the activities of the departments subordinate to him.

III. Rights

The chief designer has the right:

  1. Act on behalf of the department, represent the interests of the enterprise in relations with others structural divisions enterprises, third-party organizations on the organization and conduct of design work.

IV. Responsibility

The chief designer is responsible for:
