Having completed his higher educational institution by specialty, management in technical systems, who to work with - not everyone understands. Indeed, over the course of 5 years of study, students were given great amount purely theoretical knowledge.
But for this reason alone, our education system cannot be called inefficient; such information lays a serious foundation in terms of further development their practical skills and solving non-standard situations.
7 job opportunities.
What positions can a graduate apply for?
- System Administrator.
- Programmer.
- Engineer.
- Developer.
- Manager.
- Expert.
- Researcher.
As you may have noticed, there are many options for future employment, and this must be strange - the technical profession always provides for a rather narrow specialization. But when it comes to developing and extremely promising areas, the situation is somewhat different.
The industry is modernizing and developing every year, new branches appear. In such conditions, it is very difficult to choose a specific specialty, because the advertised profession may turn out to be absolutely useless to anyone in 5-10 years. But we will try to consider all possible options.
Persistence and career growth.
Do you want stability? Then post system administrator will fit best. Loads and employment during the working day are minimized if you were able to properly set up the network and computers in the workplace. When it comes to large corporations, your diploma can be a "magic key" to the position of chief administrator throughout the enterprise.
Several subordinate employees, a solid salary and their own office. An ideal option, but on the technical side of the issue it is necessary really good at understanding. The efficiency of troubleshooting is also of great importance, lost time will deprive the company of profits, and you - promotions and bonuses.
Is it worth going to work as a programmer, having received higher education with this profile? Possibly, but we wouldn't recommend it. Throughout the entire period of study, you received slightly different knowledge, which is practically not useful to a full-time programmer. Except if it's about hardware development and testing of new equipment.
And who dares to move progress forward?
Engineers and developers can be safely grouped into one category. After all, all of them will work precisely in their main specialization - they will have to develop, implement and maintain new equipment in production and in other industries.
There are few truly intelligent specialists, because such work requires talent and amazing perseverance. But a position in an oil company is definitely worth it. Metallurgy is not far behind with a regular search for applicants for vacancies.
The ideal option is to catch on at the enterprise during the passage industrial practice and in the future to prove himself as a responsible, developing specialist. Availability of independent projects will be a huge plus on your resume.
Leading position for a technical specialist.
There is an alternative option for those who have dreamed of power throughout their lives. young specialist no one will immediately put the head of the department. But do not forget about this opportunity, which gives your diploma. If you have not missed a couple of economics and finance, general idea about the activities of the enterprise you have.
As soon as a new department or division is created to solve a problem, it is worth asking your superiors to make you responsible for the implementation of the project. But make sure in advance that the goal you set is within your power, it will be unpleasant to be a "scapegoat". The position only at first glance seems to be purely administrative, in fact, you are directly involved in the work of the department and provide all possible assistance in creating new equipment, compiling and debugging systems.
Experiments and childhood dream.
Laboratory lovers will not be left without work either, robotics is now at its peak. And that means you can count on a place in one of the research centers.
In our country, there is a slight decline in this direction, but after overcoming the crisis, it is regarded as one of the most promising. In short, you have the opportunity to realize the childhood dream of half the boys - to build robots. But in practice, everything may turn out to be not so romantic and delightful, but you won’t know until you try it.
Almost every organization has some kind of technical system. And, of course, it can, and even needs to be subjected to a thorough analysis.
This is how the profession of an expert appeared, even if all the actions of a specialist are strictly regulated by protocols and standards, but even this specialty can be very interesting.
Having received a diploma in “management in technical systems”, it is difficult to choose who to work with. Indeed, a whole world of unique opportunities opens up before graduates. Too strongly technical and automated systems entered everyday life.
