1. General Provisions

1.1. This job description was developed on the basis of the Unified Qualification Directory for the positions of managers, specialists and employees in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and social development of the Russian Federation dated August 26, 2010 No. 761n as part of the section "Qualification characteristics of the positions of educators"

1.2. The supervisor is appointed and dismissed by the principal of the school and reports directly to the principal of the school.

2. Functions:

The supervisor supervises experimental and innovative activities in an educational institution, participates in the development of the School Development Program, provides scientific support for innovative, experimental, research activities at the school, examines the intermediate and final results of innovative, experimental programs implemented through the processes: educational, managerial , innovative.

3. Job responsibilities of the supervisor

3.1. Provides methodological assistance in the preparation of materials on experimental and innovation activities teachers, which can be presented in the following forms: an innovative program, calendar and thematic planning for it, methodical thematic development of lessons, methodological and reflective articles, recommendations, etc.

3.2.Conducts advising the administrative team as a whole and individually with members of the school administration on the development, implementation of innovative programs, projects of experimental and innovative activities.

3.3. Carries out an examination of the current and long-term plans of the school administration and teachers implementing innovative and experimental activities in an educational institution, pedagogical innovative programs in subjects, special courses, electives, subject methodological developments of innovative teachers.

3.4. Examines the regulatory legal local acts necessary for the implementation of innovative, experimental, research activities.

3.5. Organizes external relations of the school in the interests of the development of innovative processes.

3.6. Assists in the preparation of public speeches by members of the administrative team and innovative teachers for conferences at the regional, city, Russian levels, and the preparation of materials for publication.

3.7. Plans the topics of school collections on experimental and innovative activities, assists in the preparation of articles for publication in them, as well as in collections of district and city levels.

4. Rights

The scientific supervisor has the right:

4.1. Make proposals on the strategic development of innovative, experimental activities in the school, on the conduct of research necessary for the implementation of innovations, on the creation of services that provide innovation, the content of their activities.

4.2. Take part in the development of strategic documents, legal acts relating to the innovation policy of the school.

4.3. Participate in the development of regulations on the activities of school departments involved in the development of an educational institution, determining their competence, powers, duties, and responsibilities.

4.4. Make proposals on the creation and liquidation of temporary creative teams, other groups and associations engaged in innovative, creative, research activities.

4.5.Be present at training sessions and activities in experimental classes, groups, in agreement with experimenters and innovators.

4.6. Request for examination the working documentation of various departments, services and individual participants in innovation activity (regulations, plans, experimental programs, observation materials, etc.).

5. Responsibility

The supervisor is responsible for:

5.1. Quality and timeliness of methodological assistance to the school administration and innovative teachers in the implementation of innovative, experimental, research activities.

5.2.Quality of expertise of innovative materials.

5.3. Timely forecasting and designation of possible losses and negative consequences of experimental, research activities, violations of research execution technology, norms and requirements of professional ethics and timely creation of conditions for minimizing negative consequences and compensation for losses.

6. Qualification Requirements

Higher professional education in the areas of training and work experience in teaching or leadership positions for at least 5 years, or higher professional education and additional professional training in the field of public and municipal government, management and pedagogy and work experience in teaching or leadership positions for at least 5 years, the presence of an academic degree.

In order to provide the graduate with theoretical and practical help during the period of preparation and writing of the final qualifying work, the department from among the teaching staff appoints him a supervisor, who is approved by order of the rector of the institute.

At the suggestion of the supervisor, the department may invite a consultant on certain issues of the final qualification work.

Scientific adviser:

Introduces the student to the requirements for final qualifying works;

Together with the student, he develops a task for the completion of the final qualifying work (Appendix 2);

Provides assistance in the final formulation of the topic, drawing up a plan for the final qualification work and a calendar schedule for its implementation;

Provides operational management of the final qualifying work;

Conducts regular consultations and interviews with the student during the preparation and writing of the work;

Controls the implementation of the schedule of final qualifying work;

Provides organizational and methodological assistance to a graduate student;

Signs the work and admits the student to pre-defense;

By signing the work, he gives a guarantee of its compliance with the institute's requirements for the quality of content and design;

Prepares a written review;

Advises the student on the preparation of a report for the defense at a meeting of the SAC.

At the stage of preparing the final qualification work, the supervisor advises how to start considering the topic, corrects the work plan and assists in the selection of literature, sources of information, as well as determining the period for which it is advisable to collect information.

Each student is obliged to maintain a schedule for completing the stages of writing the WRC, in which the stages of the work performed by both the student and his supervisor are recorded under the signature. Schedules are kept by the dean's office in personal file and are issued to the student or supervisor upon request.

In the course of the work, the supervisor gives recommendations on the collection of factual material, the development or selection of forms for collecting information, the methodology for its generalization, systematization, processing and use in the thesis. At this stage, the leader acts as an opponent, pointing out to the graduate student the shortcomings of argumentation, composition, style and suggests ways to eliminate them.

Recommendations and remarks of the supervisor should be taken critically by the graduate student. He can take them into account or reject them at his own discretion, tk. theoretically and methodologically proper development and coverage of the topic, as well as the quality of the content and design of the final qualification work, are entirely the responsibility of the graduate student, and not the supervisor.



During the entire period of work on the WRC, the supervisor and the graduate student conduct calendar chart performance of the WRC with marks of completion, which they submit to the dean's office for mutual control over the progress of work.
