DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL WORK

1. General provisions

1.1. This job description is developed on the basis of the Law Russian Federation dated July 10, 1992 No. 3266-1 "On Education", model provision about educational institution approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2001 No. 196.

1.2. A person who has a higher professional education in the areas of training "State and municipal government”, “Management”, “Personnel Management”, work experience of at least 5 years in teaching or leadership positions, as well as having passed the appropriate certification.

1.3. The deputy director for scientific and methodological work is appointed and dismissed by the director of the lyceum. For the period of vacation or temporary incapacity for work of the deputy director for scientific and methodological work, his duties may be assigned to the deputy director for educational work or a teacher from among the most experienced teachers. Temporary performance of duties in these cases is carried out on the basis of the order of the director of the lyceum, issued in compliance with the requirements of labor legislation.

1.4 . The deputy director for scientific and methodological work reports directly to the director of the lyceum.

1.5 . The deputy director for scientific and methodological work is subordinate to: heads of departments, teachers, methodologist.

1.6. In his activities, the Deputy Director for scientific and methodological work is guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the laws of the Russian Federation, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Altai Republic, the Laws of the Altai Republic, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Altai, regulations of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the Charter and local acts of the Lyceum (including this job description), complies with the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

2. Functions

The main activities of the Deputy Director for scientific and methodological work are:

2.1. Organization of a purposeful process of development of the lyceum.

2.2. Methodological guidance of the teaching staff.

2.3. Organization of scientific, methodological and innovative processes in the lyceum, their management and control over the development of these processes.

2.4. Establishing business contacts with external organizations.

3. Job responsibilities

The Deputy Director for scientific and methodological work performs the following duties:

3.1. Analyzes the current and future needs in the development of the lyceum, the implementation of innovations, the prospective opportunities of the lyceum in the field of innovative transformations and scientific and methodological work.

3.2. Plans and organizes a system of scientific, methodological and innovative work in the lyceum.

3.3. Plans and organizes the process of development and implementation of the lyceum development program, the development and implementation of the main directions of development.

3.4. Plans and organizes the study, generalization and dissemination of experience, a system external relations lyceum, necessary for the successful implementation of innovative and scientific and methodological activities in the lyceum.

3.5. Predicts the consequences of the planned innovation processes, the results of scientific and methodological work, trends in the situation in society and in education to adjust the development strategy of the lyceum.

3.6. Carries out the collection and accumulation of information about significant for the lyceum methodological developments and innovation.

3.7. Coordinates the scientific and methodological work of the lyceum, joint activities individual participants innovation process and their groups.

3.8. Supervises the innovative and scientific and methodological activities of teachers and students of the lyceum, the work of the scientific and methodological council of the lyceum.

3.9. Controls the implementation of the lyceum development strategy, implementation decisions taken on the development of the lyceum.

3.10. Corrects the course of implementation of the main directions of development of the lyceum.

3.11. Develops a program for the development of the lyceum, the educational program of the lyceum and other strategic documents, regulatory and methodological documents that ensure research activities.

3.12. Advises lyceum teachers on innovative and scientific and methodological activities.

3.13. Prepares and edits forthcoming publications teaching materials about the development of the Lyceum.

3.14. Organizes the current and long-term planning of the activities of the teaching staff.

3.15. Provides assistance to teaching staff in the development and development of innovative programs and technologies.

3.16. Leads, signs and transfers to the director of the lyceum the time sheet of teachers.

3.17. Attends lessons and other types of training conducted by teaching staff Lyceum, analyzes their form and content, brings the results of the analysis to the attention of teachers.

3.18. Organizes educational work for parents, receives parents (persons replacing them) on the organization of the scientific and methodological process.

4. Rights

The Deputy Director for scientific and methodological work has the right, within his competence:

4.1. Be present at any classes held with students of the lyceum (without the right to enter the class after the start of classes without urgent need and make comments to the teacher during the lesson).

4.2. Give obligatory orders to heads of departments, teachers, methodologists.

4.3. Bring students to disciplinary responsibility for misconduct that disrupts the educational process, in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the Lyceum, the rules of the internal work schedule.

4.4. Take part in the development of: innovation policy and development strategy of the lyceum, any management decisions relating to the development of the lyceum, the conduct of scientific and methodological work, regulations on the units involved in the development of the lyceum.

4.5. Take part in negotiations with partners of the lyceum on scientific, methodological and innovation activities.

4.6. Make proposals on the beginning, termination or suspension of specific innovative projects.

4.7. Make suggestions for encouragement, moral and material incentives participants of innovative activity in the lyceum;

4.8. Establish on behalf of the lyceum business contacts with individuals and organizations that can contribute to the development of the lyceum.

4.9. Request for control and adjustments working documentation various departments, services and individual participants in the educational process (regulations, plans, programs, etc.)

4.10. Request from management, receive and use information materials and legal documents necessary for the performance of their official duties.

5. Responsibility

5.1. For failure to perform or improper performance without good reasons of the Charter and Rules of the internal labor regulations of the lyceum, legal orders and instructions of the director of the lyceum, local regulations, job duties established by this instruction, as well as the adoption of managerial decisions that entailed the disorganization of the educational process, the deputy director for scientific and methodological work is responsible in the manner determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Behind gross violation job duties dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary sanction.

5.2. For the use, including a single one, of methods of education associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of a student, the deputy director for scientific and methodological work may be dismissed from his position in accordance with labor law Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education".

5.3. For violation of the rules of fire safety, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the methodological process, the deputy director for scientific and methodological work is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in the cases provided for by the administrative legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. For the culpable infliction of damage to the lyceum or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the deputy director for scientific and methodological work shall bear liability in the manner and within the limits established by the labor and (or) civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Relationships. Relations by position

Deputy Director for scientific and methodological work:

6.1. Works in irregular working hours, based on a 40-hour working week unless otherwise provided by the employment contract.

6.2. Independently plans his work for each academic year and every semester. Submits reports to the director of the lyceum in a timely manner.

6.3. Receives information of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature from the director of the lyceum, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against receipt.

6.4. Endorses the orders of the director on the organization of scientific and methodological work.

6.5. Systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with deputy directors, teachers and other employees of the lyceum.

6.6. Performs the duties of the director of the lyceum during his temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.), the performance of duties is carried out in accordance with labor legislation and the Charter of the lyceum on the basis of the order of the director.

1.4. This job description defines functional responsibilities, rights and responsibility of the Deputy Director for educational and methodological work.

1.8. The Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Work should know:

1.9. In his activities, the Deputy Director for educational and methodological work is guided by:

During the absence of the deputy director for educational and methodological work of the technical school (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the director of the technical school. 2. Functions

for advanced information technologies; for the preparation of materials: for methodological advice, annual reports, college councils on technical school support; on the development of the necessary methodological documentation; on certification of technical school employees.

The Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Work performs the following duties:

3.2. Provides methodological support for course and diploma design, final State certification of graduates.

3.4. Develops and implements plans for long-term development, a comprehensive plan for educational and methodological work for each academic year.

3.5. Develops working curricula and programs implemented by the college.

Analyzes: results of methodical work; promising opportunities of the technical school in the field of complex methodological support of professional educational programs; meeting the needs of the technical school in the production of its own printed materials (collections of pedagogical experience, methodological materials, research works, visual aids); the form and content of the attended classes of theoretical and practical training.

3.14. Plans and organizes:

Current and long-term planning of methodological work in the technical school, the work of methodologists;

The work of the heads of departments on the comprehensive methodological support of professional educational programs;

Assistance in the development of working, educational and program documentation;

Work on comprehensive methodological support and equipping educational laboratories and classrooms with visual aids and methodological materials;

Work to identify, form, study and disseminate advanced pedagogical experience, development of pedagogical creativity;

Work on organizing and conducting open lessons;

Work on the study of advanced information technologies;

Work on the preparation of materials for methodological councils, annual reports, councils of the college on issues of providing the college;

Preparation and release necessary orders, orders;

Development of the necessary methodological documentation;

Work on the certification of employees of the technical school.

3.15. Develops: methodological documents that provide educational process; regulations; structure reporting documentation; guidelines.

3.16. Organizes the control and accounting of the working time of employees included in the methodological department.

3.17. Ensures the maintenance of the timesheet of the employees of the methodological department.

3.18. Confirms the correctness of the information contained in the timesheet of the employees of the methodological department by affixing his signature to the timesheet.

3.19. No later than the 14th and 25th of each month, submits timesheets to the personnel department.

3.20. Initiates, in the manner prescribed by labor legislation, as well as local regulations, the procedure for issuing disciplinary action in case of violation by the employee of the methodological department of labor discipline, non-performance or improper performance by the employee through his fault of the labor duties assigned to him.

3.21. Organizes office work.

5. Responsibility

The Deputy Director for Educational and Methodical Work is responsible for:

5.1. For violation of the requirement federal law“On Personal Data” and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, as well as internal regulatory acts of the technical school regulating the protection of the interests of personal data subjects, the procedure for processing and protecting personal data - within the limits established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.8.
