management, control and direct participation in the development of measures to improve the efficiency of the operation of filling stations, increase labor productivity, comply with the regime of saving material and labor resources during the operation of gas stations, and control over their implementation;

management and control over the implementation of the necessary measures for safety, labor protection and industrial sanitation during the operation of gas stations;

organizing the development of an action plan to solve technical problems aimed at improving security environment at gas stations and control over its execution;

organization of the development of a plan for the current repair of equipment and structures of gas stations, control over its implementation;

organization of technical supervision over the correct operation of the power equipment of gas stations in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

All of the listed functions must be implemented by preparing a text document and its approval by the Director of the Company. The frequency and deadline for its execution is quarterly.

For the timely and high-quality fulfillment of the assigned tasks, the Contractor of this position submits the "Budget of the Deputy Director for Technical Issues" to the Director of the Company on a quarterly basis for approval.

4. Information

4.1. To achieve the goals set and to effectively fulfill the duties, the executor of this position needs to organize cooperation with other enterprises and organizations that operate gas stations, develop and implement special equipment for gas stations and directly contribute to scientific and technical solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of gas station operation.

5. Rights

5.1. For high-quality and timely performance of duties, the Contractor of this position is provided the following rights:

give orders to subordinate employees and control their execution;

· submit to the Director of the Company for encouragement or punishment (including dismissal) the employees of the Company who are in direct subordination;

independently resolve technical issues by giving written and oral orders, concluding economic contracts on behalf of the enterprise aimed at implementing the action plan to improve the technical level of operation of gas stations, within the limit Money(“Budget of the Deputy Director for Technical Issues”) approved by the Director of the Company;

independently conducts correspondence on behalf of the Company with third-party enterprises, including state power, on issues related to direct duties.

6. Responsibility

6.1. In this position, the Contractor is responsible for the delay and weak work in the direction of the goals and objectives, as well as the incomplete use of the rights granted by the Director of the Company.
