2.4. For positions, salaries (official salaries) for which are not determined by these Regulations, salaries (official salaries) are established outside the Professional qualification groups (hereinafter referred to as PKG) in accordance with the collective agreement, local legal act institutions, taking into account the grouping of positions of specialists by category various works, which are equivalent.
2.5. Incentive and compensation payments are established for employees of institutions, as provided for in Sections 5 and 6 of these Regulations.
2.6. The remuneration of labor of employees employed part-time, as well as on a part-time basis, is made in proportion to the hours worked or depending on the amount of work performed. Sizing wages according to the position (profession) occupied by the main job, as well as according to the position (profession) occupied in combination, is carried out separately for each of the positions (professions).
