Form 1 nature bm example of filling. Statistical reporting

In 2017, small and medium-sized enterprises will have to submit new forms statistical observation. Rosstat introduced 6 annual reports for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses, 2 quarterly and 3 monthly.

The Federal State Statistics Service issued Order No. 414 dated August 11, 2016, which approved several updated forms of statistical observation for small businesses at once. Entrepreneurs in 2017 expect new annual, quarterly and monthly reports.

What reports were updated by Rosstat

Based on the results for 2016, small businesses and individual entrepreneurs will have to report using the following new forms:

  • N 1-nature-BM "Information on production, shipment of products and balance production capacity"
  • N 23-N "Information on the production, transfer, distribution and consumption electrical energy"
  • N 4-TER "Information on the use of fuel and energy resources"
  • N MP (micro) "Information on the main indicators of the activity of a micro-enterprise"
  • N 1-IP "Information on the activities of an individual entrepreneur"
  • N MP (micro)-nature "Information on the production of products by a micro-enterprise".

Every quarter, starting from the period January - March 2017, you will have to submit reports such as:

  • N PM "Information on the main indicators of the activity of a small enterprise";
  • N P-5 (m) "Basic information about the activities of the organization."
  • N P-1 "Information on the production and shipment of goods and services";
  • N PM-prom "Information on the production of products by a small enterprise";
  • N 1-IP (months) "Information on the production of products by an individual entrepreneur."

Who must submit new reports

New reporting forms are not mandatory for all, without exception, small businesses. You can find out which reports need to be submitted in each specific case using the new one, which was launched in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 04/22/2015 No. 381. To use the service, it is enough to have access to the official website of Rosstat and enter such organization data as the name, OKPO code or TIN. After that, a list of required reporting forms, including new ones, will be automatically downloaded to the user's computer.

The Statistical Service is obliged to inform the subjects of official statistical accounting about specific forms of reporting free of charge. If an entrepreneur applies to Rosstat in writing, he will be sent a list at the address of his location contained in the Unified state register legal entities (Unified State Register individual entrepreneurs), or at the address indicated in the letter.

Who submits the form?

Who submits form 1-nature-BM? The document is sent to Rosstat only enterprises larger than small ones that operate in areas such as:

  • mining, manufacturing industry;
  • production and supply of electricity, gas, steam;
  • logging (do not complete section 3 of the form);
  • fishing.

The form is submitted once a year - until February 10 of the year following the reporting one. To submit the form 1-nature-BM to Rosstat, the form is used that is approved by the order of Rosstat dated August 21, 2017 No. 541. The same order also contains instructions for filling out the form 1-nature-BM .

NPOs submit the form only if they supply their products to third parties - individuals or legal entities.

If the legal entity has structural units, then the form is filled out for the head office and for each of them - at the location, and if the activity is not carried out there, then at the actual place of business.

The form includes, not counting title page(indicating the reporting period and basic information about the business entity), 3 large sections. Consider the features of their filling.

In what structure is the form of the Rosstat form presented and where can I download its sample?

The form includes:

  1. Section 1. It provides for each type of product:
  • name, code according to OKPD, unit of measure (with code according to OKEI);
  • volume of issue for the reporting and previous year;
  • volume of consumption for domestic needs;
  • total volume of shipment to buyers (in physical terms);
  • the volume of shipment of products made from customer-supplied raw materials (in physical terms);
  • proceeds from the sale of products made from customer-supplied raw materials;
  • balances as of the end of the reporting year, the previous year.
  1. Section 2, which reflects how much of a particular type of product (for each item and OKPD code) was produced in each of the months of the last year.

For reference, revenue is given by type of activity, indicating OKVED codes.

  1. Section 3, which reveals the dynamics of production capacity during the year (at the end of the year).

The calculation of indicators for section 3 should be considered in detail.

Calculation of indicators for section 3: nuances

Section 3 fixes:

  1. Increase or decrease in production capacity per year.

Positive dynamics forms growth, negative - decrease. Consider the formula:

PM (DYNAM) = PROD (YEAR 2) / STD (YEAR 2) - PROD (YEAR 1) / STD (YEAR 1),

FRV (YEAR 2) - working time fund (for example, the number of shifts) in the year preceding the reporting one;

PROD (YEAR 2) - the volume of production during the previous year;

STD (YEAR 1) - STD in the reporting year;

PROD (YEAR 1) - the volume of production during the reporting year.

If the PM indicator (DYNAM) is positive, then an increase in production capacity is recorded (reflected in column 2 of the table in section 3). If negative, then there is a decrease (reflected in column 9 of the table in section 3).

  1. Average annual production capacity.

PM (AVERAGE) \u003d PM (BEGINNING) + PM (AVERAGE) - PM (AVERAGE LOW),

Don't know your rights?

PM (BEGINNING) - power at the beginning of the year;

PM (MEDIUM) is the average annual increase in power;

PM (AVERAGE REDUCTION) - the average annual power reduction.

PM (MEDIUM) \u003d PM (DYNAMPOL) × MONTH (SEX) / 12,

PM (DYNAMPOL) — positive value of the PM indicator (DYNAM);

MES (POL) - the number of months, following the results of which a positive indicator of PM (DYNAM) was recorded on a monthly basis.

The indicator MES (POL), therefore, will include the number of months with a positive value of the indicator PM (DMES).

PM (AVG) \u003d PM (DYNAMO) × MON (OTP) / 12,

PM (DYNAMOTR) - negative value of the PM indicator (DYNAMO);

MES (OTR) - by inverse analogy with the indicator MES (LPO).

The PM indicator (AVERAGE) is recorded in column 15 of the table in section 3.

If the PM indicator (DYNAMPOL) is calculated for the manufactured product, then columns 2-8 of section 3 are filled in (with indication of the factors that caused the increase in capacity). If the PM indicator (DYNAMOTR) is calculated - columns 9-13 (with indication of power reduction factors).

In column 14, the power indicator is entered at the end of the reporting year (simultaneously - at the beginning of the next):

PM (YEAR) = PROD (YEAR 1) / FW (YEAR 1) + PM (DYNAMPOL) - PM (DYNAMO).

Form 1-nature-BM is submitted to Rosstat only by large businesses. It reflects data on manufactured goods and the dynamics of the company's production capacity.

37. The volume of production and the structure of consumption of electrical energy in the territory of the subject Russian Federation established according to the report in the form of federal statistical observation N 23-N"Information on the production and distribution of electrical energy" (for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation), as well as N 24-energy"Electric balance and report on the operation of power plants (electric generator sets)"; N 6-TP (KES) "Information on the operation of electrical networks", PE"Information on the operation of power plants (electric generating sets) owned by organizations that are not related to mining, manufacturing, production and distribution of electrical energy, gas and water."

1. Approve the attached Directions on filling out the form of federal statistical observation N 1-enterprise"Basic information about the activities of the organization" and put them into effect from the report for 2009.p. clause 1.6.4; 1.18.8 ; 1.19.13 ; 1.20.7 Federal Plan of Statistical Works, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2008 N 671-r on the basis of data from federal statistical observation forms: N 1-DAP"Survey business activity organizations of mining, manufacturing, production and distribution of electricity, gas and water" and N DAP-PM"Survey of business activity of small enterprises in mining, manufacturing, production and distribution of electricity, gas and water".

TERRITORIAL BODY OF THE FEDERAL SERVICE

STATE STATISTICS FOR THE PERM REGION

ON SUBMISSION OF FORM No. 1-NATURA-BM FOR 2012

Blank merged earlier existing forms No. 1-nature (Order of Rosstat dated 15.08.2011 No. 355) and No. BM (Order of Rosstat dated 15.09.2010 No. 316), which became invalid from the report for 2012.

Thus, the development of information on production in physical terms and on the balance of production capacities for 2012 is carried out on the basis of new form federal statistical observation No. 1-nature-BM.

Everyone has a form legal entities(except for small businesses) engaged in the production of products of extractive, manufacturing industries, production and distribution of electricity, gas and water, logging, as well as fishing.

If the legal entity has separate subdivisions, this form is filled out as for each separate division separately, and for a legal entity without these separate divisions.

When filling out the report, one should be guided by the "Guidelines for filling out the federal statistical observation form" given on the form No. 1-nature-BM, as well as the Nomenclature of Products and Services (hereinafter also referred to as the Nomenclature) and this letter.

Form blank in in electronic format posted on the website of Permstat http://permstat.gks.ru in the section "Statistical reporting" in the subsection "Form forms". Nomenclature - in the section "Statistical reporting" in the subsection "Classifiers" in the heading "OKPD".

When compiling a report in the form No. 1-nature-BM, the following recommendations should be followed.

Section I of form No. 1-nature-BM should contain the entire list of types of products manufactured by the enterprise in the reporting year. The inclusion of the item "Other products" is not allowed.

It is necessary to be guided by the Nomenclature in the following cases:

When identifying products according to the OKPD classifier;

To determine the unit of measurement for each type of product;

To determine the number of decimal places;

To control the entry of the product range (all types of products reflected in the report must be brought into line with balance control);

Balance controls to the Nomenclature in full and comments to them are posted on the website of Permstat http://permstat.gks.ru in the section "Statistical reporting" in the subsection "Classifiers" in the heading "OKPD".

It is necessary to pay attention to the following: enterprises providing services for the production of industrial products, as well as engaged in repair, installation, maintenance machinery and equipment are also required to provide this form, indicating the relevant OKPD codes from the Nomenclature and the volume of work performed in value terms, i.e. in "thousand rubles".

The data presented in column 2 "Produced for the previous year" must correspond to the data of form No. 1-nature for 2011 for the same indicators, except for those cases when the production volumes or product codes have been clarified. If the data or product code has been clarified, it is necessary to provide a brief written explanation along with the report in the form No. 1-nature-BM.

Data on the production of products used for domestic consumption includes products manufactured by the organization in the reporting year and used in the same year for further processing as raw materials, materials, components or directed to other production needs of this organization. Products manufactured by the enterprise in the previous year, but used by it for domestic consumption in the reporting year, are not reflected in the form No. 1-nature-BM for the reporting year. Thus, the data in columns 3 and 4 should not exceed the data in columns 1 and 2, respectively.

The data in columns 6 and 7 of section I are filled in for products from own raw materials.

Column 7 "Shipped to the side in the reporting year" in value terms (thousand rubles) is filled in in whole numbers (without a decimal sign).

Please note that the balance ratio of data on indicators of production, shipment and product balances (group 9 + group 1 - group 3 - group 5 = group 8) must be strictly observed, except for the following cases:

The organization for the reporting period carried out the transfer of manufactured products to other divisions;

Enrolled it in its own fixed assets or current assets(for example, overalls, special equipment);

There were losses of these products (for example, during extraction, enrichment, preparation);

When shipped from the warehouse (from leftovers), the selling prices of products were changed, the data for which, according to the Nomenclature, are provided in value (monetary) terms.

In addition, when filling out the report in section I, the following controls must be observed: 1) gr. 5 >= gr. 6; 2) if gr. 6 > 0, then gr. 7 > 0.

When compiling the form, attention should be paid to the compliance of the data in section I of form No. 1-nature-BM and the "Reference" section of form No. 1-export for 2012. According to the relevant OKPD product codes, the production data reflected in form No. 1-nature-BM in section I in column 1 must match the data in form No. 1-export in the "Reference" section in column 2 "Produced".

For each type of product (OKPD), the sum of the data in columns 1-12 must be equal to the data in column 1 of section I.

We would like to inform you that the data reflected in section II "Distribution of monthly data on the production of products" will be compared with the data presented in Form No. P-1 "Information on the production and shipment of goods and services" for 2012. In this regard, when filling out section II of form No. 1-nature-BM, please correlate the data with form No. P-1 (section V "Production in kind", column 2 "Produced in the last month") for the corresponding months of 2012. A slight discrepancy between the data between the forms is allowed when they are clarified in the annual reporting.

In addition, the data of section II of form No. 1-natura-BM for 2012 must be further guided when filling out column 3 "Products produced for the corresponding month of the last year" in section V of form No. P-1 for 2013. In this regard, there should be no discrepancies between these forms, except in cases where the production volumes or product codes have been clarified. If the data or product code has been clarified, it will be necessary to provide a brief written explanation when submitting a report in the form No. P-1 for the corresponding month of 2013.

Budget organizations (including leshozes and correctional institutions) that produce products must fill in the "Reference" section.

The data of the "Reference" section must be linked to the data of section II of form No. P-1 and section I of form No. 1-nature-BM (column 7 "Products shipped to the side, without products made from raw materials to be supplied, in value terms").

This section is filled in by legal entities (except for small businesses) engaged in the production of products of extractive and manufacturing industries, regardless of the main type of activity.

The formation of statistical information on the balance of production capacity in Section III is carried out according to an abbreviated version of the Nomenclature of products and services for All-Russian classifier products by type economic activity(OKPD). The nomenclature of products for section III is presented both together with the nomenclature for sections I and II of the form (column H in the Nomenclature), and separately on the Permstat website http://permstat.gks.ru in the section "Statistical reporting" in the subsection "Classifiers" in the heading "OKPD".

The name of products and their units of measurement in section III must correspond to the data given in section I of the form, with the exception of those units of measurement by which capacities are determined "per day" or "per shift" (related to the type of activity "Production food products including drinks and tobacco").

The data in column 16 (the sum of lines 01, 02 and 03) for the reporting year on the production of the relevant products must be equal to the data in column 1 of section I and the sum of the data in columns 1-12 of section II for specific types of products.

The average annual capacity of enterprises for the production of meat and dairy products operating in the reporting year in accordance with the industry Instructions for determining production capacities and the Norms of technological design of enterprises is determined by multiplying the average shift capacity per year by the number of shifts of the enterprise per year for a particular type of product, adopted in in accordance with the above documents. The calculation of the average shift power (when the current shift power changes during the year) is carried out similarly to the calculations of the average annual power.

Calculation of the average annual production capacity of an enterprise for the production of bread and bakery products is determined by multiplying the value of the daily technical productivity for each furnace by the annual fund of the operating time of each of them and summing up the results obtained.

When calculating the average annual capacity for the production of grape wines, vodka and alcoholic beverages, it is necessary to be guided by industry instructions approved by the USSR State Agrarian Industry: Instructions for determining the production capacities of operating enterprises of secondary winemaking, enterprises for the production of cognac spirits and cognacs, enterprises for the production of champagne wines, approved on 12/26/1985 , Instructions for calculating the production capacities of distilleries dated 05/14/1986 No. RDI-10-04-03-ShZ / 2-86.

For enterprises that submitted form No. 1-nature for 2011, in addition to a letter to the head of the organization and a form of form No. 1-nature-BM, an appendix to section I of form No. 1-nature-BM (hereinafter referred to as the Appendix) with product codes and data for 2011. It is necessary to fill in the data for 2012 in the printout, as well as all the information on the forms in the prescribed manner. Corrections of data for 2011 are allowed only if the data on the volumes of manufactured products have been clarified. In this case, you need to provide us with a brief written explanation about the correction of the last year's data. The application together with the completed form must be sent to Permstat.
