Another MBA course introduced me to wonderful people - my colleagues. We had a lot to learn from each other, and in addition to professional connections, we found friends.
For me, this training was a process of systematizing existing knowledge and practical experience in the financial and economic sphere, obtaining new theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel management, marketing, and general management.

These two years flew by like one day, but they were unusually eventful and productive! During this time, my management skill gained a strategic focus. I realized that with the most professional approach to organizing production processes their effectiveness will remain low if subordinates, and not like-minded people, work in the company at all levels. I also realized that finding such workers is not easy. And I really enjoyed working in teams with people with different complementary skills. I hope that it was just as interesting to work and communicate with me, and this communication and cooperation will be successfully continued.

I realized that fear and lack of initiative, fear of change and risk, both in business and in personal terms, are tantamount to degradation, and a person develops only by setting new ambitious goals. My plans include working in a business whose vision and values I share. Will it be mine own business or I will remain a hired manager, I am not going to be just a "follower". Finding such a business is not an easy task, but now I know exactly what I want, and I believe that I deserve it.
Finally, I just enjoyed learning. Daily non-standard situations and tasks make the brain work to its fullest - this is a great alternative and addition to the work routine. And it's especially great to see how the learning experience is successfully implemented in the work.

She planned to obtain an MBA degree as one of the key stages in her career development. In the process of training, I significantly expanded my horizons, took a different look at my tasks.
