d) a record that the working drawings have been developed in accordance with applicable codes, rules and standards.
GOST R 21.1101-2013 currently in force in Russia "System of design documents for construction. Basic requirements for design and working documentation” contains the following phrase:
"4.3.5 The general instructions give:
- a record of the compliance of the working documentation with the design task issued by specifications, the requirements of the current technical regulations, standards, codes of practice, other documents containing established requirements".
