In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 35 federal law"About the Investigative Committee Russian Federation"The Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, including military investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, according to positions which provide for the assignment of special (military) ranks (hereinafter referred to as employees), official salaries as a percentage of the official salary of the First Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in accordance with Annexes No. 1 - 3.
2. The official salaries of employees of the investigative departments of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for cities established before January 15, 2011 cannot be lower than the official salaries established by them in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 30, 2005 No. 467 "On establishing official salaries for prosecutorial employees of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation.
3. Approve the attached changes that are being made to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2005 No. 467 "On the establishment of official salaries for prosecutors of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2005, No. 32, Art. 3312; 2008, No. 22, item 2579).
