For example, if you already have a room and a minimum start-up capital (at least 300-500 thousand rubles), then you can think about purchasing used equipment for organizing a workshop for the production of building materials (for example, foam concrete), textile (for example, yarn) or food products (for example, yeast).
Why used? Because there is definitely not enough money for new equipment with such a budget. Further, we note that simply setting up production is not enough, it is imperative to think over a scheme for marketing finished products, otherwise it will simply be money thrown away. In other words, you need to find out if what you want to produce will be in demand and, if so, find buyers for your product. If you don’t want to do it yourself, hire a marketer and a manager. The first will determine the level of demand for a particular product, the second will look for distribution channels. However, on the way to your own enterprise, there is another serious obstacle - permits.
Each area has its own set of documents, so listing here is pointless. But what is important is to find a competent lawyer who, while you are setting up a production line, will collect documents. It is clear that all the above specialists will have to be paid even before the enterprise begins to generate income. Do not forget also about the workers (and there will be at least two of them even in an automated enterprise) and an accountant. As you can see, the declared minimum budget may even be small. So either we independently study the demand, look for clients and prepare documents, or pay. Well, now let's briefly describe the launch of the two most efficient production lines today (expensive and cheap) in terms of return.
Beverage production
We are talking, of course, not about alcoholic, but about soft drinks - kvass, juices, etc. This is a profitable business, however, to organize a successful business in this area, you will need to produce at least one drink according to a unique recipe. And here, again, you need to find a competent specialist in this field, who, moreover, is also open to experiments. So, to organize a beverage production enterprise, we need:
- industrial premises (preferably own, otherwise - rent);
- equipment (preferably a new conveyor line, in extreme cases - used);
- packaging materials (PET, Tetra Pak, etc.);
- raw materials (concentrates, sugar, additives, etc.).
Regarding raw materials: it is worth finding at least a few potential suppliers and comparing their offers, choosing the best price / quality ratio for yourself. It's the same with packaging. We will need the premises not only to accommodate the production line, but also for the temporary storage of the supplied raw materials, so it is worth setting aside a place for this in advance. In addition, it is necessary to provide where the warehouse for storing finished products and various utility rooms will be located.
The total area of all production facilities at the first stage will not be less than 150 sq.m. Of course, less is possible, but then get ready for frequent visits from the SES and firefighters. As for the cost of equipment, it is quite expensive and even a used line will most likely cost at least 1.5-2 million rubles. And this is not counting many other costs: staff (and you will need at least 30 people led by a technologist), transport, taxes, etc.
Styrofoam production
More precisely, we will talk about penoizol - a modern insulation and soundproofing material based on foam. To do this, you will need to purchase a gas installation with a compressor, special containers, as well as lighting and ventilation equipment and some additional tools. However, such equipment, even in aggregate, will cost several times cheaper than a beverage production line. The price of a new production kit is unlikely to be higher than 80-100 thousand rubles.
Where, then, does the minimum amount of 500 thousand to open an enterprise come from? Let's not forget that your customers from construction stores are unlikely to come for finished products themselves - the goods need to be delivered to stores. So, you need a van (250-300 thousand used rubles). Next, you need to purchase lighting, ventilation and install this equipment. Here's another 100,000 rubles. And do not forget that in order to start the production of penoizol, we must have raw materials (resin, foaming agent, etc.) - for this we will need another 100 tr.
Of course, then we will pay salaries to workers (and there will be two of them at the first stage), we will add here the costs of renting premises, taxes, maintenance of transport and equipment. But the minimum amount required specifically for the start of production will be 500 thousand. This is significantly cheaper than opening a line for the production of drinks, but the initial profit will, of course, be lower.
