Every employer wants all the staff of the organization he leads to be in excellent health. This is a common corporate practice, as a result of the successful implementation of which:

• the job description will be carried out in full;
• healthy staff means opportunities for professional growth, mastery of related specialties and stable implementation of the company's concept;
• good health will ensure the operation of the enterprise without disruptions and emergency work.

Therefore, when a candidate applies to the personnel department, he will be offered to go through a medical commission and re-apply, already having an official paper in his hands confirming the full health of the applicant for the position. Here you can also ask if the employer should pay for a medical examination in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and, based on the answer, continue to get a job or apply to another company.

Direction to the commission: who pays the costs?

The current Labor Code unambiguously interprets the payment for passing the commission: this is part of the functions of the employer. On the Internet, it is easy to find and quickly download the referral form for a medical examination from the employer in 2017, this will help save money during the examination. The form completed in 2017 has not been changed. However, it should be remembered that changes in regional legislation may be made to the procedure for passing such examinations (this, for example, applies to additions that guide the mandatory medical board for working in the Far North and others). • information about the institution that conducted the inspection;
• personal information;
• data on the profession and position of the applicant, as well as information on his work experience;

The requirements imposed in 2017 on citizens and employers have significantly narrowed the previous opportunities to hide behind fake certificates of professional examinations. In case of detection of a forgery, that is, the presentation of a certificate that is not an official document, neither the citizen nor his employer will avoid penalties. First of all, you should pay attention to the set of documents that a person applying for an examination should have with him:

• passport (by the presence of which it is clear that only you are the right holder to receive a certificate);
• a receipt stating that medical examination services have been paid for;

Where can I go for an inspection and how much does it cost?

If, nevertheless, you go for an initial medical examination when applying for a job on your own, then you should choose exactly where you want to go through the doctors:

• in a medical institution of the state format at the place where you are registered;
• at a non-state medical center.

In the first case, the mandatory procedure will be cheaper, but may take longer. In the second - more expensive, but perhaps faster and without hassle.

In both cases, the question of how much a medical examination costs when applying for a job is relevant. In various regions of the country, it is higher or lower in terms of value, fluctuating on average from one to three thousand rubles. However, there are options, both lower in cost and higher, for example, the price of a medical examination when applying for a job in one day, here your costs will be higher.

If the applicant applies to the personnel department for a professional examination for the first time, then he is required to undergo a preliminary medical examination upon employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, such a requirement is among the mandatory. In general, inspections are divided into:

• periodic medical examinations of employees that apply to certain categories of employees in various sectors of the economy;
• unscheduled, they are carried out on an extraordinary basis and are required for a certain category of employees.

For other categories of workers, other burdens are most often offered, for example, an annual medical examination of workers, which is considered mandatory. If an employee does not pass such an examination on time, a fine will be imposed on him:

• up to five thousand rubles - for an official at a state-owned enterprise, as well as for a private trader;
• up to 50 thousand rubles - for a legal entity or for the head of an enterprise.

When choosing how to get tested, consider whether it makes sense to spend money if the law obliges the employer to pay for medical examination services, and whether it makes sense to deal with not quite official offers on the Internet.
