Report “Accounts receivable by debt maturity

If you want to evaluate the debts of counterparties and the terms of each debt in the program "1C: Trade Management, ed. 10.3", then the report "Accounts receivable by debt maturity" will help you.

Menu: Reports - Sales - Settlements - Accounts receivable by maturity

In the report, you can see the balance of the counterparty's debt, as well as the distribution of debts by intervals. Thus, the user can find out not only the amount of the debt, but also understand how long ago it arose. The intervals into which the debts are divided are determined by the user himself.

Set up a report to show debts in the following intervals:

  • No more than 3 days
  • Not more than a week
  • Not more than a month
  • No more than 3 months
  • More than 3 months
To do this, open the report and press the selection button in the "Interval" field:

The Interval Setup reference opens, where you can add one or more settings for this report. Add a new setting by clicking the "Add" button, specify the name "Basic setting".

Fill in the table like this:

Note: The last line appears automatically and cannot be deleted.

Save the completed setting, select it in the report, generate the report:

The report shows the debt of each counterparty as of the report date. Next, the debt is divided into intervals that we created in the setup.

Please note that if the counterparty has debts for several shipments, then the debt is divided into several intervals. For example, the Mobil counterparty has a debt of 778,000 rubles that arose no more than 3 days ago, as well as a debt of 115,7589 rubles that arose in the range from 8 to 30 days ago (i.e. more than a week, but less than a month ).

You can make several spacing settings and apply them as needed.

With this report, you will always know how much your counterparties owe you, as well as how long ago their debt arose!
